WHOLESALE CONVERTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
WARRANTIES:
All parts are covered by limited warranties from our manufacturers. Parts returned for warranty claim will be exchanged or credited at our option. Converter Warehouse or our manufacturers will not honor warranty requests due from damage in shipping, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, or accidents. Warranty claims apply to parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing, or any other charges. For further information see our page on warranties. PRICES:
All prices are subject to change without notice. FORMS OF PAYMENT:
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
OPEN ACCOUNTS: We offer open accounts for commercial customers. If you wish to apply for an open account please contact our accounts receivable department and we will fax you an open account form for completion and return. CASHIERS CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS: Please make checks payable to "Wholesale Converter" WIRE TRANSFERS: Customers wishing to do business by wire transfer, including overseas and international accounts, please contact us, 713-463-7000 for wiring instructions. SHIPPING:
All shipments will be sent via ground, unless other service is requested. Most standard sized orders are shipped with a nominal handling charge for ground service. Overnight, two or three day delivery is offered at an additional freight charge, if requested applicable freight charges will be added to your invoice. Some part numbers are considered "OVERSIZED" by UPS and do not fall within our Nominal Freight guidelines. These units are subject to higher freight charges for ground service. These converters are so noted in the detail section of each part number. If an "OVERSIZED" shipping charge is indicated it will be added to your invoice. If you have any questions about shipping please call our sales department, 888-240-7088, for clarification. SHIPPING PROBLEMS:
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for the package. Please note with carrier any problems or damages with order. All claims for shipment damage is to be made directly with the carrier. If the package is in good condition, and has concealed damage please notify the carrier and Converter Warehouse immediately upon opening. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior authorization. RETURNS:
All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Please call for an (RGA) Return Goods Authorization before returning any item. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! All items returned must be in unused, new condition and in the original packaging. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any authorized return must be sent freight prepaid to: Wholesale Converter, 6823 Fulton St., Houston, TX 77022. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Freight Charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
